In general, quotes provided through the various mediums (i.e. newspaper, internet, television) are presented in such a manner as to generate phone inquiries from potential clients. Much of the time, the quotes provided are misleading, unobtainable, or do not fit the individual's financial situation. We have found that providing general quotes can lead to
misunderstandings
and other potential problems. With this in mind, we prefer to provide specific rate quotes tailored to the individual borrower' parameters (i.e. desired loan amount, loan program, time horizon, financial situation etc…) This strategy allows us to choose from over 150 lenders and ultimately locate the most competitive rate and terms to fit your situation.
